What if I need to pause or cancel my Tovala Meal plan?
That's totally fine. Just go into your Tovala account to easily skip a week's meal delivery, pause your meal plan for up to 8 weeks in a row, or cancel your meal plan. You can learn more about skipping, pausing and cancelling your meal plan here.
If you purchased your oven with a promotional commitment to order 6 separate meal deliveries within 6 months of purchase, you can skip a week at any time but you cannot pause or cancel your account from the Tovala app until you fulfill your commitment. To cancel your meal plan, reach out to our customer support team here to understand your options for cancelling your plan and returning your oven and to start the cancellation process.
