How long do your meals stay fresh?
This will vary from meal to meal, based on its ingredients. Refer to each meal’s “Enjoy Before” date, which you can find on the printed insert available on the meal card that comes in the box with each individual meal. All meals will last between 2-7 days after delivery.
The last day a meal can be safely enjoyed is the day BEFORE its "Enjoy Before" date.
If you can't finish your Tovala Meals before the Enjoy Before date, most meal components can be frozen and enjoyed later. Learn more about how to freeze Tovala Meals.
