Do I need a smartphone to be able to use my oven?
You need a smartphone or tablet with our mobile app (and a 2.4 GHz Wifi network) to initially set up your oven. Without a WiFi connection, you can’t scan Tovala Meals, but you can use the buttons on the front of the oven to access the basic cook modes like Bake, Broil, and Toast.
